Ordering/Purchasing

We sell our beef in bulk, which means you can buy 1/4 beef, 1/2 beef, or one whole beef at a time.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires us to price our beef by the hanging weight. The hanging weight is the beef before it has been cut and wrapped. The actual pounds of meat you will receive will be approximately two-thirds of the hanging weight.

Our beef will be delivered to you frozen and wrapped in vacuum sealed packages ready to put in your freezer. The meat will stay in excellent condition for a full year.

Pricing:

Price of beef (based on hanging weight) is $3.00/lb.

Examples:

  • 1/4 beef: 162 lbs. hanging wt. x $3.00/lb. = $486 total cost. Actual meat received is approximately 105 lbs.
  • 1/2 beef: 325 lbs. hanging wt. x $3.00/lb. = $975 total cost. Actual meat received is approximately 210 lbs.
  • 1 whole beef: 650 lbs. hanging wt. x $3.00/lb. = $1950 total cost. Actual meat received is approximately 420 lbs.

These weights are approximate as each will vary in size. Exact hanging weight and cost will be given to you before delivery and final payment.
