Here's a brief look at our ranch.
Our ranch is located in the northeast corner of Oregon in beautiful Wallowa County. The land is well suited for growing grass and raising grass-fed beef. Our cattle graze on the open range in the summer and are fed hay grown on our farmland during the winter.
Our great-grandfather bought the ranch from the bank in the 1930's after losing his ranch during the depression. The ranch house was built around 1900 and was used as a stage coach stop in the early 1900's. Today our children are growing up as the 5th generation to live, work, and play on the ranch.
We have practiced sustainable farming and ranching for over 75 years. By conserving our resources our kids and grandkids will be able to live on the land and enjoy our rural lifestyle for years to come.

1/23/10 - Here is a picture of my dad, children, and their cousins feeding the cows.
1/19/10 - We had our first baby calf of the year. It is a couple months earlier than planned, but it is healthy.
